Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the applesauce, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the shredded zucchini and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
