A moist and rich chocolate cake made with Coca-Cola, topped with a creamy frosting.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup Coca-Cola
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and sugar.
- In a saucepan, combine Coca-Cola, butter, oil, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil, then pour over the flour mixture.
- Add baking soda, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Fold in marshmallows and pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
- Store leftover cake in an airtight container.
- For extra richness, add nuts to the batter.
