Description
A moist and delicious cinnamon roll poke cake topped with cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Mix cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth. Pour into pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- While cake bakes, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Remove cake from oven and poke holes all over with a fork.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over cake, then drizzle cinnamon mixture.
- Let cake cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Add powdered sugar and milk.
- Spread frosting over cooled cake.
