Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Alternately add flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in diced apples.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
