Description
A refreshing iced tea latte combining blackberry and sage flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 cup blackberry puree
- 1 tbsp fresh sage leaves
- 2 cups brewed black tea, chilled
- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Brew black tea and let it cool completely.
- In a small saucepan, simmer blackberry puree and sage leaves for 5 minutes. Strain and discard solids.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour chilled tea into the glass, leaving room for milk.
- Add blackberry-sage syrup to taste.
- Top with milk and stir gently.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Use almond or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
- Fresh sage provides the best flavor.
